About The Role

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service, and managing staff to achieve customer satisfaction and financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor and control restaurant budget and expenses.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Ensure food and service quality meet established standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Monitor market trends and competition.

Requirements

  • Proven 3+ experience as a Club Manager, F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or beach club.
  • Proficient in English language, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes.
  • Strong customer service skills are crucial for ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, reservation systems, and other restaurant management software.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Budgeting and cost management capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
