FLOOR SUPERVISOR

About The Role

Ensure excellent service quality, smooth workflow, and guest satisfaction. This role supports the Restaurant Manager by guiding the service team, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring all guests receive a consistent and memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff performance, service flow, and table management.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver professional and friendly service at all times.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the kitchen and bar, and support ordering processes as needed.
  • Assist with shift scheduling, staff briefings, and performance feedback.
  • Support the execution of special events, promotions, and operational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
