Responsibilities
- Designing web pages, brochures, logos, billboards, menus, advertisements, promotional content, social media content, and other marketing collaterals.
- Creating content materials by hand or using specialized gadgets supported by design software.
- Collaborating with marketing teams and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with the beach club's brand identity and messaging.
- Generating original ideas and concepts while also being open to feedback and revisions from clients and team members.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Keeping up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously seeking opportunities for skill development and improvement.
- Reviewing final designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications before production or publication.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential for creating engaging graphics.
- Strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to learn quickly and achieve set goals.
- Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
