About The Role

Responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience during their visit.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about our services,and facilities.
  • Monitor and manage the guest experience to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Support the management team with guest-related reports and feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven 1 year experience in a guest relations or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
