Luna Beach Club is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and service-driven Head Cashier to lead our cashier team and ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities

• Responsibilities:
• - Lead, supervise, and support the cashier team during daily operations.
• - Ensure all cash, card, and digital payment transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• - Perform daily cash reconciliation, closing reports, and cash handling procedures.
• - Monitor cashier performance and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• - Resolve payment discrepancies and guest concerns professionally.
• - Coordinate with the Finance and Operations teams regarding cashier-related matters.
• - Train and mentor cashier team members to maintain operational excellence.
• - Ensure exceptional guest service is delivered at every transaction.

Requirements

• - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Head Cashier, Senior Cashier, or in a similar supervisory role.
• - Experience in hospitality, restaurant, beach club, or F&B industry is preferred.
• - POS system proficiency is a must.
• - Communicative English is required.
• - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• - High level of accuracy, integrity, and responsibility.
• - Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
