About The Role

Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression for guests. Responsible for welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the front-of-house.

Responsibilities

  • Escort guests to their assigned tables, taking into consideration their preferences and any special requests.
  • Assist in managing the reservation system, ensuring that reservations are confirmed and adjusted as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests' inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Hostess or a related role, with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially comfortable speaking in English.
  • Polite and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.
  • A neat and presentable appearance.
