About The Role

Ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests in and around the pool and beach areas. This role actively monitors water activities, enforces safety regulations, responds quickly to emergencies, and delivers excellent guest service to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool and beach areas at all times to ensure guest safety and prevent accidents.
• Enforce all safety rules, regulations, and facility guidelines professionally and consistently.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, provide first aid or CPR when required, and coordinate with the safety or medical team.
• Conduct routine inspections of lifeguard equipment and report any hazards or maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lifeguard station and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Proven 1 year experience as a Lifeguard or similar role.
• Valid Lifeguard Certification, including First Aid and CPR (or ability to obtain before joining).
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
• Ability to stay alert, focused, and calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
