About The Role

Providing administrative support and ensuring efficient communication both internally and externally. Involve greeting visitors, handling inquiries, managing phone calls, and performing various clerical tasks to uphold the smooth operation

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
  • Assist with other administrative duties
  • Working closely with payments and bookings
  • Seeking appropriate solutions when necessary

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Front Desk or a related role, with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Proficient in English language, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with EDC Machine, reservation systems, and other front office systems.
  • Capable of conducting table checks, revenue report, and cash flows
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with the team in a fast-paced work environment
