About The Role

Responsible for supporting the technical setup and smooth operation of VR show experiences. This role ensures that all VR equipment and systems function properly before and during the show, assists guests in using VR devices, and provides quick troubleshooting when technical issues arise. The position requires strong technical awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Launching and operating VR shows
• Assisting guests with VR headsets
• Quick response to technical issues (restarting content, replacing devices, working with local networks, checking Wi-Fi)
• Preparing and checking equipment before each show

Requirements

• Experience with VR / AV / multimedia installations
• Stress-resistant and attentive when working with guests
• Basic understanding of networks and technical equipment
• Working level of English
• Based in Bali
