About The Role

Will provide excellent customer service to our guests, ensure an enjoyable dining experience, and contribute to creating unforgettable moments at one of Bali's premier beach clubs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Present bills and process payments accurately.
• Cleanliness and Organization
• Restock and organize dining and service areas.
• Work collaboratively with other waitstaff and kitchen/bar teams to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Waiter/Waitress or a related role, with at least 1 year of experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for processing payments.
• Ability to handle high-tension situations and multitask.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• A professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
